Local company seeks Network Field Technician

Netranom Communications Inc. (Netranom) is a West Virginia based technology solutions provider seeking a Network Field Technician to join a team of technology professionals in it's Hurricane, WV based office.

Candidate should have 2 years of field experience in a similar role. This position will consist of managing internal networks as well as traveling to client sites on an as needed basis to design, implement and maintain customer's networks.

Candidate will work directly with sales staff in pre-sales engineering role.

Duties will include design and maintenance of network infrastructure, server administration, virus protections, data security, data backup, advanced router configuration and install, firewall maintenance, etc.

Candidate will need to possess working knowledge of Microsoft server platforms.
Candidate will work with sales staff and clients to continually update and enhance customer networks.

Candidate will need to have experience setting up computer hardware, network equipment as well as software installation.

Candidate should have good trouble shooting skills as well as customer service skills.
Relative certifications a plus (MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, IP Telephony Certs, etc)
IP Telephony experience a plus.
